We offer First Aid and CPR training for community members and workplaces.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid The first night of the class is Adult CPR & AED. This covers how to prevent, recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies for adults (ages 12 and over). There will also be training to use the Automatic External Defibrillator (AED). The second night is first aid which includes care for life threatening emergencies such as bleeding and shock as well as sudden illnesses and injuries.
Course Length: 7 hours
Adult CPR/AED, Infant & Child CPR and First Aid The CPR/AED portion of the class covers preventing, recognizing and caring for breathing and cardiac emergencies for newborns through adults. The first aid portion of the class deals with life threatening emergencies such as bleeding as well as sudden illness and injuries. The CPR/AED portion of the class may be taken separately.

CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer This course will teach professional rescuers (those with a duty to respond) the skills needed to respond appropriately to respiratory and cardiac emergencies. It includes Adult, Infant and Child CPR, 2 person CPR, bag valve mask use, and use of the Automatic External Defibrillator (AED).
Course Length: 8 hours
Recertification - CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (Must have a current CPR Pro card)

Babysitter’s Training Prepares youth ages 11-15 for situations that may arise when they are caring for younger children. Students learn about rescue breathing and choking. Participants learn how to be safe, responsible babysitters. Students also learn how to supervise and play with children of various ages. Must be at least age 11 to register.

Pet First Aid (New!)
Prepares participants for emergencies that involve a cat or a dog by teaching prompt, effective first aid actions and care.
